General Draven is the third Soulbind that you will acquire if you choose to join the Venthyr Covenant. Each Soulbind tree has 8 rows that can be unlocked by gaining Renown with your chosen Covenant. The Soulbind tree also allows for customization through the use of Conduits, items that can be added to enhance Class or Spec abilities.
These bonuses vary between combat, utility, and defensive abilities, as well as abilities that enhance Covenant Abilities. Soulbinding with one of these NPCs borrows a bit of their power, but rather than acting as your bodyguard, it unlocks a tree of progression similar to Legion artifacts, granting several small bonuses. Upon choosing a Covenant to pledge to at max level, players will open up the Soulbinds system which allows them to Soulbind to one of three named NPCs.
